Engagement sessions are relaxed, romantic and a little more intentional. We’ll wander, talk, move, laugh and make photographs that feel like you, while giving me the freedom to play with light, location and composition.

Think less “practice photoshoot” and more date night with really bloody good photographs at the end of it.

A LITTLE TASTE OF WHAT’S TO COME

You don’t need to know how to pose.

I’ll give you direction when you need it, get you moving when things feel too still and leave space for the moments that happen naturally between you.

It’s also a chance for us to get to know each other before the wedding. You’ll see exactly how I work and discover that being photographed doesn’t need to feel like performing for a camera.

So when the wedding arrives?

You already know you’ve got nothing to worry about.

WHERE SHALL WE GO?

City streets. Open countryside. The moors. Somewhere meaningful to the two of you.

We’ll choose somewhere that suits you rather than trying to make you fit a location that doesn’t.

Sessions usually last around 45–60 minutes, and locations within approximately 30 minutes of Middleton, Manchester are included.
